President Jonathan assures the donors that he will continue
to do his utmost best at all times to fully justify the great confidence they
have placed in his leadership.
President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday said he had
received a total of N100.5m donations and pledges from persons, groups and
communities who offered to assist him to pay for the Peoples Democratic Party’s
presidential nomination fee.
The PDP’s Presidential Nomination Fee is N20m and its
Expression of Interest Form is N2m, making a total of N22m.
In 2007, President Jonathan declared his assets worth a
total of ₦ 295,304,420 Naira ($1,845,652 USD)
My question is now,
1. "Why can't he afford to pay for his form of N22M”?
2. "Why these set of people be the ones to donate”?
3. "What will happen to the remaining fund after paying
for the form"?
